CANCELLATION BEFORE SHIPMENT:

Order once placed can only be cancelled within 4 hours from the placing the order, you can write to our customer support team on drs.pot2018@gmail.com or call us on +91 9924556662 In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request.

EXCHANGE POLICY 

We only exchange goods if they are defective, damaged or lost in transit. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us on drs.pot2018@gmail.com or call us on +91 9924556662 with details of the product and the defect. Customer have to submit the video and photograph of the defect and damaged product. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.

While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. During peak seasons please allow up to 15-18 business days for your return to process.
